What do you mean you don’t roll over at the end of the year?!

The subject of “rolling over” at the end of the academic year crops up regularly, both on the various online discussion groups and at local meetings. The solution at Southampton Solent University is simply to not rollover – there problem solved!

This short presentation will discuss the Southampton Solent University solution covering creation of new pages  (Moodle courses), managing content from one instance of a unit to another, continuous access for students, archiving & back-up, evidence & auditing, and tutor responsibility & ownership.

No more academic years, no more rollovers!
